• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee records and HR administration
• Payroll processing and attendance
• Leave and claims administration
• MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• CPF and statutory matters
• Employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Performance management
• Training and development
• Resignation and termination matters
• HR policies and procedures
• MOM / Ministry of Manpower compliance
• General HR support and other ad-hoc duties
