• Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to Singapore C&S team.
• Produce sewer, drainage and traffic plan. Provide reinforce concrete detailing (Box culvert and Box drain)
• Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR and MEP both within local and overseas teams.
• Provide BIM Modelling and coordination works
  
  
  

Requirements

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Proficient in structural detailing and modelling:
• At least 5 years experience in Civil engineering with experience in sewer, drainage and road.
• At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge in Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus.
• Passionate about Structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing to deliver with high quality.
• Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.
• Able to communicate to local and overseas clients.
• With good work ethics and management skills and ability to adapt in tight deadlines.
• Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detections.
