Operation manager

Job scope:

* Oversee daily operations for all assigned cleaning sites

* Manage Operations Executives, supervisors and cleaners

* Ensure sufficient manpower and arrange relief workers

* Monitor attendance, lateness, absenteeism and staff discipline

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

* Ensure cleaning schedules and periodic works are completed

* Handle daily client feedback and operational complaints

* Arrange replacement staff for urgent shortages

* Monitor equipment, chemicals, uniforms and cleaning supplies

* Control overtime and unnecessary operational expenses

* Conduct staff briefings, training and performance reviews

* Work with HR on recruitment, deployment and disciplinary matters

* Ensure workplace safety and cleaning SOPs are followed

* Submit weekly operations reports to the Project Manager or Senior Manager

* Escalate serious client, manpower or safety issues promptly
