Role Description The Credit Analyst role at Orpheus is a full-time, on-site position based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Credit Analyst will evaluate creditworthiness of SMEs and individuals by analyzing financial data, credit reports and other relevant information. Daily responsibilities include assessing credit risk, preparing credit assessment summaries, monitoring existing portfolios and recommending appropriate financing terms and limits. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine credit policies, supporting the development of digital credit models and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards. The Credit Analyst will also communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of the credit decision process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit evaluation skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for financial data analysis and risk assessment.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for reports and stakeholder discussions.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and related financial instruments.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling tools and data analysis software.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in credit analysis, banking, fintech or lending environments will be an advantage.

Salary Range: RM3,500-RM4,500
