The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial function and drive critical decision-making processes across the organization. In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the executive team, providing strategic direction on financial matters to enable business growth, profitability, and long-term success. This is a unique opportunity to influence the financial health of our company and take on a significant leadership role in shaping its future.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the overall financial strategy, including the preparation and oversight of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Business Partnering: Partner with the executive leadership team to drive business performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth, optimize costs, and improve operational processes.

• Financial Governance & Compliance: Manage financial risk, oversee compliance, and ensure the company meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax and audit.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

• Systems & Process Improvement: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and reporting frameworks, driving automation and process optimization.

• Transactional Support: Provide financial analysis and due diligence support for strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, new business launches, and major investment decisions

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years or above of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in financial management and strategic business partnering.

• Possesses a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to support executive-level decision-making and drive profitability.

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at the board and senior executive level.

• High proficiency in financial modeling, budget forecasting, and the use of accounting software and tools (e.g., advanced Excel, MYOB, CAC, Peachtree, 金碟, etc).

• Fluency in English and Cantonese and good in Mandarin is preferred for this role.
