WE ARE HIRING: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing and industrial automation company located in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

Position Details

• Location: Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
• Industry: Manufacturing and Industrial Automation
• Number of Vacancies: 2
• Salary: RM3,500–RM5,000
• Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors and daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns and production downtime.
• Operate, teach, calibrate and troubleshoot industrial robots, including ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa and Mitsubishi systems.
• Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, servo motors, sensors and motion-control systems.
• Maintain robotic tooling, automated production lines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Manage spare parts, CMMS records and maintenance reports.
• Train maintenance staff and ensure compliance with LOTO and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or another related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots and automated machinery.
• Previous maintenance supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning and leadership skills.
