POSITION:

• HANDYMAN

LOCATION: BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR

WORKING DAYS: 5 DAYS 2 DAYS OFF

WORKING HOURS: 8 AM - 5 PM

MINIMUM: CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA IN CIVIL, BUILDING SERVICES OR CARPENTER OR EQUIVALENT

RANGE SALARY: RM 2000 - RM 2300

INTAKE: IMMEDIATELY

Handyman Responsibilities:

• This role involves executing corrective and programmed maintenance for civil and mechanical services, encompassing architecture, sanitary plumbing, infrastructure, and other mechanical systems.
• Key responsibilities include detecting faults, ensuring all maintenance is carried out by technical personnel, notifying supervisors of urgent issues, providing 24-hour emergency breakdown support, overseeing contractors and suppliers, monitoring contracts and costs, performing quality control, adhering to safety regulations and PPE use, taking plant log readings, and conducting routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Handyman Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are Encourage to Apply
• Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience in property/facilities management.
• Possess good knowledge in C & S that applicable to high rise residential, commercial and or mixed-development.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate.
