The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-

• Raise invoices
• Raise journals
• Input of invoices and payment of invoices
• Preparation of suppliers’ payment
• Cash book maintenance
• Cash flow projection
• Monthly Management Reports
• GST preparation and submission
• Tax preparation and submission
• Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers

• Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.

• Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing

• Preparation of Audit Schedules

• XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements

• Assist in internal and external audit

• Assist in tax and GST queries

• Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations

• Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
