Job Description

Job Summary

The Microsoft 365 Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates.

Skills

• Knowledge in M365 administration tool and Intune
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge in Large Enterprise Active Directory, Authentication Services and PKI
• Knowledge of network security (i.e encryption protocaols, firewalls, access control)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101) are a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience in scripting languages (i.e Python, PowerShell, Java, C and C#) and automation tools (i.e Ansibile)
• Experience in Version Control (i.e Github) and CICD pipelines (i.e Github Action)
• Knowledge in ServiceNow (i.e scripting, workflows and integrations)
