岗位职责

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical Account Manager, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
