About The Job
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable global and local suppliers to expand our trading portfolio.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing structures, and payment terms to ensure optimal profit margins.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and demand shifts to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to align procurement schedules with inventory demands and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Supplier Performance: Establish and track KPIs for vendor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.

Skills And Experiences
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, specifically within a trading or fast-moving commercial environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills who can adapt quickly to volatile market conditions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trading, or a related field.
