We are seeking a BIM Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across our building projects. The successful candidate will ensure BIM standards and regulatory submissions are met, lead coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines, and keep BIM milestones on track with overall project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of BIM implementation across multiple building projects, spanning design through to construction completion.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with Singapore's building submission requirements, including BCA CoreNet X.
• Bring together architectural, structural, and M&E models to spot and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Build and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows that guide project teams.
• Keep BIM milestones and deliverables on schedule and aligned with the broader project plan.
• Lead and mentor BIM coordinators and modellers, offering technical direction and support.
• Act as the point of contact with consultants, contractors, and authorities on BIM submissions and related matters.
• Run quality checks on BIM models to confirm accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
• Chair clash detection meetings and produce clear coordination reports for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of BIM experience, with some time spent in a leadership or management capacity.
• M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) background preferred.
• Solid grasp of BIM submission requirements for building projects in Singapore, including current experience with BCA CoreNet X submissions.
• Working knowledge of M&E, architectural, and structural coordination within building projects.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while hitting BIM milestones on schedule.
• Hands-on proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and other BIM coordination tools.
• Confident leading clash detection meetings and translating findings into actionable reports.
