[Job Summary]

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple restaurant operations in the attractions (USS, SGO, ACW) to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role drives service standards, revenue growth, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining alignment with brand and hospitality standards.

Operational Leadership & Service Excellence:  

• Direct, implement, and uphold a service and management philosophy that guides team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

• Develop and maintain F&B service processes and standards to create memorable and consistent guest experiences.  

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.  
  

Business & Financial Performance:  

• Develop and execute business and financial plans with a strong focus on revenue generation and profitability.  

• Monitor key performance indicators, costs, and operational expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved.  

• Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance revenue streams.  
  

Strategic Planning & Market Awareness:  

• Liaise and collaborate closely with Section Chefs for pre-planning, organization, and execution of restaurant services and special functions.  

• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to strengthen competitive positioning.  

• Demonstrate proactive thinking by identifying improvement opportunities and responding effectively to challenges.  
  

People Management & Development:  

• Ensure team members fulfill training and development requirements to meet service standards and support career progression.  

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.  

• Lead by example, demonstrating resilience, professionalism, and strong leadership presence. 
  

[Required Qualifications]

• Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or equivalent preferred. 

• Experience in QSR, Hotel or in Attractions will be an added advantage 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant managerial role.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities. 

• Financial acumen with understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control. 

• Strategic thinking and business development mindset.  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

• Organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.  

• Resilience and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 

• Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays. 

• Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
