Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Agile Scrum / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan
• Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
• Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team; Manage stakeholder relationships and communications

Responsibilities:

• Degree with minimum 7 years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment
• Minimum 7 years leading cross-functional scrum teams; Experience delivering government or public sector digital products
• Strong proficiency in enterprise application development, system design, system integration and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs, workflows, microservices, event-driven integrations and cloud-based applications
• Experience working with AWS/GCC cloud environments, containerised applications, serverless functions and cloud infrastructure services
