Competencies Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

• Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources / Business Admin or any related field.
• Min 1-2 Years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good command in English and confidence in engaging with candidates
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in Job Portal (Job street, Indeed and My future Jobs)
• Knowledge of employment Act and Labor Laws is an added advantage

Job Description

Recruitment

• Managed end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Prepared and published job advertisements on LinkedIn, Job Street, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screened resumes and shortlisted suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinated interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Conducted reference checks and managed offer preparation.
• Represented the Company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
• Managed the Company's LinkedIn recruitment page

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Coordinated new hire onboarding, including employment documentation and orientation.
• Managed employee confirmation and probation review processes.
• Conducted exit interviews and coordinated employee offboarding.
• Ensured timely completion of clearance and exit documentation

HR Operations

• Maintained employee master data and personnel records.
• Managed employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Updated and maintained organizational charts.
• Ensured HR records complied with company policies and audit requirements

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handled employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Conducted stay interviews and stay interview to improve employee retention and engagement to identify turnover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Supported conflict resolution and employee communication
• Planned and coordinated employee engagement programmes.
