Job Summary

Plan and oversee bus fleet operations while providing administrative support and performing ad hoc duties to ensure efficient transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule job orders to manage the bus fleet effectively
• Oversee daily operations of the bus fleet to ensure timely and safe transportation
• Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Work independently to complete tasks responsibly and meet operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• GCE 'O' level qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and transportation principles or equivalent experience
