Manage export documentation processes to ensure compliance with all formalities and regulatory requirements

Liaise with banks to handle Letters of Credit (LC) and other payment formats accurately and timely

Oversee export documentation workflows to maintain accuracy and completeness for all shipments

Coordinate container bookings and logistics operations to support export activities efficiently

Communicate and collaborate with overseas suppliers to facilitate timely shipment and resolve export-related issues

Apply expertise in export documentation to minimize delays and ensure smooth customs clearance

Experienced shipping executive of 2 -3 years with Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/regional, shipping or liner industry

Able to work independently, with multitasking abilities, and able to take work pressure.
