Responsibilities

Coordinate daily on-site activities by managing subcontractors, in-house construction workers, and materials to ensure smooth operations

Enforce health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment

Track project expenses and control costs to adhere to budgets and avoid delays

Ensure construction work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations

Prepare progress reports, review drawings, and maintain accurate project records

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate communication and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management or site supervision

Strong hands-on knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations

Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage in-house construction teams

Proven problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to handle project challenges and team coordination
