We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Foodand Beverage Manager to support the overall management of our culinary anddining operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverageactivities
• Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams
• Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation tomaintain quality standards
• Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manageprocurement of ingredients and supplies
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizingstock control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain aclean and sanitary dining environment
• Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trendsand areas for improvement
• Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related role in the food andbeverage industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors,and food safety standards
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems andother relevant technology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment
