岗位职责

Co-ordinate project management activities to ensure projects are executed in a timely and effective manner;
Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation &Safety Procedures;
Ensure proper project documentation including email communication;
Monitor, coordinate and keep track of progress onsite to ensure all work is carried out timely and efficient manner;
Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing including toolbox briefing;
Diligent monitoring of job/projects and provide weekly report to update internal stakeholders;
Respond to customers' feedback and enquiries, provide good client support and maintain good harmonious relationship;
Identify and resolve workplace problems;
Supervise labor and cost control;
Attend co-ordination meetings with designer/architect/consultant/main contractor;
Perform any other related duties as assigned
