Analog & Power Electronics Design Lead

• Lead architecture, design and development of analog, mixed-signal & power electronics
• Develop sensor interfaces, signal conditioning, filters, amplifiers and ADC/DAC circuits
• Design DC-DC converters, power management and battery charging/management systems
• Apply SPICE simulation for design validation and optimization
• Drive board/system-level EMC/EMI design and troubleshooting
• Define PCB layout guidelines and support design verification
• Lead product development from concept through manufacturing transition
• Collaborate with global customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and technical leader

• Strong analog, mixed-signal & power electronics design and verification

• Expertise in signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, ADC/DAC and power management

• Proficient in SPICE simulation, EMC/EMI design and troubleshooting

• Able to define PCB layout guidelines and work with OrCAD, Cadence or Altium

• Knowledge of EMC, safety and environmental compliance

• Experience in AC-DC power, RF/wireless, and SI/PI is an advantage

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• 5–10 years’ product design experience in a multidisciplinary environment

• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English and comfortable working with international teams

• Willing to undertake overseas travel when required

• PhD candidates with less industry experience may be considered
