Underneath both is a data layer, the largest dataset of real services pricing and outcomes anywhere, that makes every match smarter than the last.

The timing is the whole point. The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it.

Mission
Build Matchii’s growth engine — bring in the right buyers and agencies, activate them, and turn successful matches into repeat growth.

Role summary

You own growth end to end across both sides of the marketplace.

On the buyer side, you build demand and turn founders and operators with real projects into qualified briefs.

On the agency side, you identify, recruit, vet, and activate high-quality agencies that can deliver those briefs.

You start hands-on — building channels, running outreach, analysing data, and testing what works — then build the team and systems to scale it.

You report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the founders, product, sales, and supply operations.

What you’ll own

• Buyer growth: Build channels that drive qualified buyers and briefs.

• Agency growth: Source, onboard, vet, and activate high-quality agencies.

• Growth engine: Build acquisition, conversion, onboarding, lifecycle, and retention loops.

• Data & analytics: Own funnel metrics, CAC, activation, retention, match rate, and GMV.

• Experiments: Test segments, messaging, channels, and growth loops; double down on what works.

• Growth systems: Build CRM, automation, workflows, and processes that make growth scalable.

• Team: Stay hands-on while the motion is early. Hire specialists as the system proves out and set the bar for who comes next.

Who we’re looking for

• 6+ years in growth, demand generation, partnerships, founder-led sales, or marketplace growth.

• Built an acquisition or growth motion from scratch.

• Strong across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and analytics.

• Data-driven and highly experimental.

• Comfortable with outbound, CRM, automation, and growth tools.

• Commercially minded and credible with both buyers and agency owners.

• Comfortable in a zero-to-one startup with no playbook.

• Strong English and understanding of the North American market.

Preferred

• Marketplace / two-sided platform experience.

• Agency or professional services experience.

• B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or fintech background.

• Experience with Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or similar tools.
