Pioneer Team | International Italian F&B Brand 

About the Role 

Love gelato and want to take your craft further? 

Join the pioneer team of an established Italian F&B brand making its debut in Malaysia. You’ll receive specialised product and technical training, including the opportunity for overseas training, to learn authentic Italian gelato-making techniques and international brand standards first-hand. 

This is an opportunity to develop your craft, gain international exposure and grow into a key gelato specialist as the brand expands in Malaysia. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Prepare and produce gelato according to the brand’s recipes and quality standards. 
• Prepare gelato bases, ingredients, sauces and toppings for daily production. 
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality and presentation. 
• Plan daily production and replenishment while managing ingredients and minimising wastage. 
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, storage and product handling. 
• Monitor ingredient and stock levels to support smooth daily operations. 
• Train and guide other team members in gelato preparation and production techniques. 
• Work closely with the team in Italy on product development and special menu creations tailored to the Malaysian market. 
• Continuously develop your gelato-making knowledge and technical skills through brand and product training. 

We’d Love to Meet You If You 

• Have experience in artisan gelato, ice cream or a related environment and want to develop your craft further. 
• Come from a pastry, dessert or food production background with an interest in specialising in gelato. 
• Are passionate about quality craftsmanship and excited to learn authentic Italian techniques. 
• Are hands-on, detail-oriented, responsible and take pride in your work. 
• Are a positive team player who is eager to learn, share knowledge and grow with the brand. 
• Are willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
