Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service while managing customer feedback, appointments, and cashiering duties. Support marketing efforts and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer retention and business growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality customer service to create memorable experiences

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries via phone or walk-in professionally and promptly

Maintain clear and consistent communication to support customer retention

Generate reports to identify service improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements

Perform cashiering duties accurately and securely

Manage and update service and repair appointments to ensure timely customer service

Inform customers about promotions and conduct follow-up calls to remind them of vehicle inspection schedules

Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and insights

Promote and upsell relevant products and services to customers when appropriate

Proactively suggest process improvements, marketing ideas, and strategies to support customer retention and business growth

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, including participating in photos, videos, and social media content as needed

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
