岗位职责
Provide administrative and personal support to the Management
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence and documentation
Run errands and assist Management with tasks when required
Coordinate with internal departments, clients and external parties
Maintain proper filing, records and data entry
Assist with general office administration and daily operations
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Min. 1 year of Admin experience is preferred
Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: Clarke Quay
Salary: up to $3000
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
