About the Role

Are you passionate about leading a team and ensuring smooth daily operations? As an Outlet Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our outlet, guiding and supporting your team, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive working environment for everyone.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the outlet team, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Schedule shifts and coordinate daily tasks for your team
• Handle staff concerns and serve as the first point of contact for operational matters
• Monitor stock usage and ensure the outlet is always ready for service
• Communicate updates and reports to management and HR

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B or retail supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, organised, and hands-on approach
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
