We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Masseur / Massage Therapist to provide professional massage treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other approved massage therapies.

Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages.

Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience throughout each treatment session.

Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, and equipment before each appointment.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.

Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards.

Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness services.

Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

Certificate in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred.

Previous experience as a Masseur or Massage Therapist is an advantage.

Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.

Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Environment

Spa, wellness centre, massage establishment, hotel spa, or therapy centre.

Customer-facing and hands-on treatment role.
