Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircutting, trimming, shaving, and grooming services according to customer preferences.
• Perform various haircut styles, including classic, modern, fade, taper, and other trending hairstyles.
• Provide beard trimming, shaping, and shaving services.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming services based on customers’ preferences, face shape, and hair type.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers.
• Ensure all barber tools, equipment, and workstations are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barber shop at all times.
• Promote barber services, grooming products, and available packages to customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest barbering techniques, hairstyles, and grooming trends.
• Handle appointments and walk-in customers professionally.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience as a Barber / Professional Barber is an added advantage.
• Candidates with no experience but with strong interest and basic barbering skills are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in haircutting, fade, shaving, beard trimming, and styling will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.
• Passionate about the barbering and grooming industry.
• Strong interest and passion for the barbering and grooming industry
