Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
Record daily financial transactions, expenses, and payments.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Create invoices, process bills, and follow up on overdue client accounts.
Reconciliation:
Match bank statements and invoices to general ledger records.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing periodic financial summaries, budgets, and audit documents.
Compliance:
Ensure transactions follow local financial regulations and company accounting policies.
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Attributes:
High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and good communication abilities.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in a general accounting or bookkeeping role.
