Job Description

The Shipping Executive will be responsible for coordinating vessel operations and ensuring smooth execution of shipping activities. The position reports to the Shipping Manager and involves working closely with shipowners, agents, terminals, surveyors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily vessel operations for assigned shipments.
• Monitor vessel and voyage progress and ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with shipowners, agents, terminals and other shipping partners.
• Support chartering and shipping-related activities.
• Monitor shipment performance and operational requirements.
• Assist with demurrage reviews and claims administration.
• Prepare shipping reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure shipping activities comply with company procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
