Job Summary

Support Senior Field Service Engineers in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment while troubleshooting and performing maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment effectively
• Use digital analytics tools to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques under guidance to assess equipment condition and resolve technical problems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems following training
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve service issues
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support team and customer needs
