岗位职责

Plan, manage, and oversee the procurement of fresh meat, poultry, seafood, frozen products, and other food-related supplies.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, contracts, and supply agreements with local and overseas suppliers.
Monitor meat prices, market trends, availability, and seasonal supply conditions to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, cold-room, production, and operations teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
Inspect and verify the quality, quantity, freshness, packaging, and condition of meat and other perishable products upon delivery.
Ensure all purchased meat and food products comply with applicable food safety, hygiene, storage, and handling requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, supplier information, stock levels, and delivery documentation.
Manage urgent and time-sensitive procurement requirements, including early-morning, evening, weekend, public holiday, and rotational-shift operations when required.
Lead and supervise procurement activities and staff, resolve supplier and delivery issues, control purchasing costs, and ensure uninterrupted supply to business operations.
