Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, 

Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technology, 

transformation or business change initiatives.

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, vendors and external 

partners.

• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management and reporting.

• Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services or Consulting environment 

is preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience for IAM Project

• Identity & Access Management (IAM), Role Management, Cyber Security, or 

Infrastructure projects.

• Experience working with security, compliance, audit, and risk management 

teams.

• Familiarity with access governance, segregation of duties (SoD), user 

• provisioning or privileged access management processes
