Production Engineer / Process Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Engineer / Process Executive to support plant operations and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production performance, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize daily production processes to achieve production targets, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Investigate production issues and coordinate corrective actions with operations and maintenance teams.
• Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve plant reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, and EHS regulations.
• Prepare production, process performance, and operational reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and operational excellence projects.
• Assist in plant audits, inspections, and implementation of improvement actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pure Chemistry, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or process industries are also welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to be based in Lumut, Perak.
