JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients and basic food preparation
• Assist with cooking and food presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Ensure proper food storage and handling
• Follow kitchen procedures and food safety standards
• Support senior chefs and other kitchen sections when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a kitchen/culinary environment is an advantage
• Fresh candidates with a passion for cooking are welcome to apply
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn
