We are seeking a motivated Marine Operation Assistant to support our project sites in Singapore and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marine operations to ensure safe and efficient vessel movements.
• Assist the Project Site Manager in resolving operational issues and emergencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and service delivery.
• Communicate with the Marine Controller/Project Manager on operational matters and pending issues.
• Follow established SOPs for channel control and vessel movement; maintain accurate log records during watch duty.
• Monitor vessel compliance with designated navigation routes.
• Maintain listening watch on required VHF channels and pilot handset (when required); ensure communication with safety tugs.
• Incident reporting
• Assist with administrative duties as required by Marine Controller/Project Manager.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with maritime management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents effectively.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, shift work cycle.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
