Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and execution of fire testing projects in accordance with applicable standards and laboratory procedures.
Set up test specimens, equipment, and instrumentation for testing activities.
Monitor tests, collect and record data, and assist in the preparation of test reports and documentation.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to support project delivery and resolve operational matters.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Key Requirements
Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering, Fire Safety, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in laboratory, testing, inspection, or engineering environments is advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Meticulous, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a hands-on laboratory environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
