Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems continuously in the control room
• Observe and identify any suspicious activities or security breaches
• Report and escalate incidents promptly to the relevant personnel
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Coordinate with security team members during emergencies
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV and security equipment
• Follow company security policies and procedures at all times
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in security, CCTV monitoring, or control room operations preferred
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV systems
• Able to work on shifts (including night shift, weekends, and public holidays)
• Good observation skills and attention to detail
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
