Job Title: Avaloq Developer (Techno-Functional)

Role Overview:

We are seeking talented Avaloq Developers who are keen to grow into techno-functional experts and be part of a forward-looking team that is investing in AI readiness. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling you to contribute to impactful banking solutions while expanding your expertise beyond pure development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Avaloq platform across various banking modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and integration with surrounding banking systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Continuously upskill in techno-functional areas and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working on the Avaloq platform (development and/or configuration).
• Strong understanding of banking domains such as Wealth Management, Core Banking, Payments, or Lending.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with a techno-functional mindset.
• Experience in Avaloq scripting, parameterization, and interface development is preferred.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and data structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow beyond a pure technical role.
