Role Description The Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pulau Indah. The Technician will perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities within the industrial parks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting property and facilities management activities, and assisting with waste management, renewable energy systems, and workers’ accommodation infrastructure. The role involves monitoring safety and cleanliness standards, documenting work performed, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and responding to service requests from clients and internal teams. The Technician will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure reliable operations and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Technical skills in facility maintenance and repair, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing competencies.
• Ability to perform inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of safety practices, industrial park operations, and environmental standards related to waste management and renewable energy.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to follow technical instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, colleagues, clients, and external service providers.
• Ability to work on-site in Pulau Indah, including occasional shift work or overtime as operational needs require.
• Relevant technical certificate or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; prior experience in industrial or facilities maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting, work order systems, and documentation; valid driving license is beneficial.
