Job Summary

Oversee and drive the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of project goals through detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, quality control, and budget management within IT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations

Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders

Manage and resolve stakeholder conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum

Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance project outcomes

Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality

Ensure all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards for risk mitigation

Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of project deliverables

Monitor project budgets and control expenditures within approved limits

Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to keep projects on track

Make informed decisions using data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to optimize outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with involvement in full software or product development cycles

Experience working with Agile Methodology and past development experience

Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project decision-making

Excellent oral and written communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous
