About the role:

We are looking for a #ProgramManager & #SalesExcellence for our client, an American Multinational Technology company, to join their Sales Excellence Team to play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives and managing the business cadence, exposing you to operational challenges and fostering innovation and growth.

12-month contract - highly renewable!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management activities, including milestone tracking, status updates, and communication to ensure alignment with leadership team input, as well as drive effective implementation and evaluation of strategic investments.
• Collaborate closely with Global Blackbelts (GBB, cream of the crop sellers) on specific initiatives, providing support in orchestration activities, program management, and reporting.
• Assist in scheduling for GBB Lead and GBB Team.
• Take ownership of driving Support Sales Excellence initiatives in Asia and ensuring consistent improvement in Pipe Hygiene and Forecasting.
• Foster partnerships and collaborate closely with GBB, Support Sales, Sales Excellence, Finance, and Enablement Leads in Asia.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Support Sales Excellence & Operations issues, offering guidance and support to field teams.
• Cultivate trust and foster working relationships with GBB and cross-functional teams in each Area.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business tools and processes related to Support Sales Excellence, providing occasional coaching and producing required reports and analyses for the Time Zones (TZs).
• Requires a passion for business, data, and analysis, along with strong collaborative skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Focuses on data management, report generation, and executing routines of business (ROB) for various programs.
• Minimal program administration is expected.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Sales Excellence, or Sales Operations, with a blend of operations, project execution, and ROB management.
• Proficiency in data management, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Experience in automating reporting processes is highly desirable.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to propose process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
• Hybrid set-up: 3-4 times in the office
