Summary

The Baggage Agent is responsible for supporting baggage operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely handling of passenger baggage while complying with airline, operational, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities


Monitor passenger and baggage loads and manage baggage reconciliation processes.
Ensure baggage is sorted, dispatched, and loaded accurately and on time.
Conduct equipment checks and prepare ground support equipment for flight operations.
Coordinate with load control teams and support baggage documentation requirements.
Monitor odd-size baggage handling and report operational irregularities.
Ensure compliance with airline procedures, SOPs, and safety standards.
Support VIP, private jet, and special baggage handling operations when required.
Assist with baggage control activities and other operational duties as assigned.


Requirements


Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and service excellence.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
