• Operate CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure smooth production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offset corrections when authorised.
• Assist or perform CNC machine setup according to competency level.
• Set up workpieces, fixtures, vises, chucks and other work-holding devices.
• Install and change cutting tools and tool holders.
• Check tool condition and report worn or damaged tools.
• Set or verify tool offsets and work offsets where required.
• Support production changeovers and new job setups.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Follow approved work instructions and process requirements.
• Understand dimensions, tolerances and critical product features.
• Ensure the correct drawing revision and production documents are used.

Quality Inspection

• Perform basic in-process inspection using suitable measuring instruments.
• Check dimensions, tolerances and visual quality of machined components.
• Use measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges and other inspection equipment.
• Ensure products meet drawing and customer requirements.
• Identify and report non-conforming products immediately.
• Segregate rejected or suspicious products according to company procedures.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
