What You'll Do
Klook does not accept unsolicited resumes from any temporary staffing agency, placement service or professional recruiter (“Agency”). Klook will not be responsible for, and will not pay, any fees, commissions or other payments related to such unsolicited resumes.
An Agency must obtain advance written approval from Klook’s Talent Acquisition Team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed agreement for service and in response to a specific job opening for which the Agency has been requested to submit resumes for. Klook will not be responsible for, and will not pay, any fees, commissions or other payments to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place or does not comply with the foregoing.
- Own KV (key visual) creation and asset adaptation for merchant funds campaigns, following a standard workflow: brief received → KV creation → merchant/client review → final KV → adaptations.
- Elevate the visual quality of merchant-facing materials — pitch decks, rate card decks, and proposal decks — alongside campaign banners.
- Apply Klook brand guidelines independently; Central Creative does periodic spot-checks rather than per-asset sign-off, so you'll need a strong eye for brand consistency.
- Handle image design work involving licensed IP/characters that falls outside the scope of current AI design tools.
- Provide light video editing support on an occasional basis, if a campaign calls for it.
- Support ad hoc visual needs for events, offline materials, and internal presentations as they come up.
- Proven experience in graphic/visual design, ideally with e-commerce, travel, or campaign marketing materials.
- Strong command of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) and ability to work within brand guidelines with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable managing several campaigns in parallel with typically a few weeks of lead time — and able to adapt when timelines compress due to late client feedback.
- Experience with IP/licensed-character visual work is a plus.
- Good communication skills, able to work in English and cross cultural workspaces.
