We are a fast-growing F&B company with 13 outlets across Singapore,with exciting plans for further expansion. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, motivated and people-oriented F&B Operations Management Trainee to join our team and grow together with us.

YOUR ROLE

1.     Guest Experience & Service

• Welcome and serve guests warmly, professionally and efficiently.
• Present menu items and confidently explain ingredients and preparation methods.
• Attend to guests' needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge and deliver consistent service excellence.

2.     Restaurant Operations

•  Learn and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures and ensure all checklists are completed accurately.
• Support the smooth and efficient running of daily outlet operations.
• Maintain outlet standards in service,cleanliness, presentation and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities and contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

3.     Team & Leadership Development

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and team coordination.
• Support the implementation of company policies,procedures and operational standards.
• Participate in team briefings, training and staff development activities.
• Learn how to lead, motivate and work effectively with a diverse F&B team.
• Develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills through structured on-the-job training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant F&B, hospitality,retail or service experience are also encouraged to apply.
