Full Time Assistant Manager Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,500 in FENG SHAN EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. Singapore - Ricebowl

• Responsible for profits and operations of few stores while managing a team of experienced chef.

• Ensuring outlets’ work processes are adequately planned and organized for efficiency and effectiveness. In charge of outlets’ compliance to SOP

• Ensuring the consistency of food quality and service standards by the outlets. In charge of outlets’ compliance to HACCP principles and Occupational, Hazard & Safety

• Ensuring outlets’ execution of marketing initiatives

• Assisting and mentoring the team in achieving business goals and objectives.

• Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.

• Assist in new menu implementation.

• Follow the outlet policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B Sectors

• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to adhere to good personal hygiene

• Min. 4 years of relevant experience required
