JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assigning work to workers based on site construction progress

• Ensure that all installation works are in accordance with the approved construction drawings

• Closely monitor site progress and update supervisor from time to time

• Workers must be advised to follow all safety rules and regulations until they are working on site

• Knowledge and skills in laying waterproofing membranes in wet areas

• Ability to cut and shape tiles correctly using power and hand tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum of secondary school or higher

• At least 5-10 years of tiling experience in construction projects

• Singapore Driving Licence is preferred

• Able to work long hours

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with site workers
