We're Hiring: Talent Sourcing Executive (Fresh grads welcome)!

Build strong relationships with candidates, create meaningful opportunities, and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:
Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs and role requirements.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Keep candidates informed and supported by providing timely updates and guidance throughout their recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
️ Build strong relationships with candidates and create a positive, engaging experience from the first conversation to placement.

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
