Role Summary:
The Operations Support Executive will support the product and operations team by managing daily service requests, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring operational issues are followed up and resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and service requests from clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding operational matters.
• Support product-related operational activities and production queries.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Assist with improving workflows and operational processes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operations, customer support, administration, or service coordination is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
